RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility Requirements:

Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
Original tags must be attached & intact.
Any defects while getting dressed, we can't accept a return.
If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
Final Sale items will not be accepted for return.

 

Final sale items:

Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Please keep in mind that all face masks and face mask accessories are considered to be final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to health and safety reasons. Customized garments are also ineligible for return or exchange. "Clearance" items may not be exchanged and can only be returned for store credit. Please review our return policy for more information on eligible items.

 

Exchanges:

If an exchange is needed, we encourage the customer to place a new order for the items needed and return the other items.

 

Returns:
1. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and Ship items back within 7 days of deliver.
Once you contact us, Please send the items to the return address below.
If you didn't contact us, we cannot process the returns.
2. Once we receive the item, we'll process your return within 5 days and you should be receiving your refund.
3. You'll receive a full refund minus the Free shipping cost when we sent.
You can check your free shipping cost in your packing slip.
